湖南省电子废弃物处理中心有限公司于2009年成立，现注册资金2000万元。经湖南省发改季批准立项、湖南省环保厅环评审批的定点承担湖南省电子废弃物处理及资源化利用的专门机构。公司主营业务包括废旧电器、电子产品的回收、环保拆解处理；废钢等废旧物资回收、加工、再利用；园区等产业废弃物（废钢、废油、乳化液等）的回收及环保处理、销售。
目前环保处理车间有多套整厂拆解处理设备，如“废旧冰箱无害化处理及资源回收技术设备”、“废旧电视电脑拆解处理线”、“废钢及报废汽车破碎分选处理线”、“废印制电路板环保处理及资源回收自动化生产线”等，废旧电器等年处理量达200万台，产出塑料、废钢及有色金属等可再利用物质可达60000吨。
公司的回收网络已覆盖至湖南省内各个地州市、县，于省内各地市等已设立回收办事处（设大型仓库）及项目点约30余个。我公司秉承 “科技、环境、资源”为核心的管理理念、应用科学的管理模式， 立志打造成全国示范性回收企业。
